The Fuel Truck

Dan Todd, our Special FX Coordinator & Pyrotechnic Supervisor and Cheyne Greek have stepped up to help with the Fuel Truck. Dan designing tank made to spill water on cue – and attaching window dressing of piping and cylinders around the functional tank, to imitate the original Fuel Truck design.

This daunting task includes the tank being set as such so that gravity will cause water to spill out, when, in the scene, the wingtip grazes the fuel cap, knocking it off. It's quite a feat, but they are on it and making it happen!
